Mike S. was born and raised in Philadelphia. After moving to Tampa he knew it was his mission to bring quality (or rather, sensational) cheesesteak to the community. And so he opened his food truck to do just that. You can order  Beef, Chicken, salmon and even shrimp as a cheesesteak. And you will experience it all with that authentic Philly culture and love. ⁠
