After years of dreaming about this moment, I finally made it to heathsparklingwines 🥂✨ From the stunning views to the delicious bubbles, this visit was unplanned but a happy addition to my recent Texas Hill Country adventure. 

🍾 Their wine tasting experience is quite the delight, with each wine paired with a little bite. This Party of 1 enjoyed them ALL!

Wines sipped:
-Blanc de Blancs with a mini chicken pot pie
-Euphoria Brut Cuvee (55% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir) with a pumpkin fritter
-Ebulliance (82.5% Pinot Grigio, 17.5% Chenin Blanc) with butternut squash soup shooter
-Adoration (sparkling rosé predominantly Pinot Noir) with lemon blueberry pound cake
