Let’s Summer Spritz Part 10: Grapefruit Rosé Spritz //Y’all, this one might be it. This spritz is a vibrant, refreshing sipper that’s perfect as we transition into the fall. It brings together the botanical notes of gin with the bright, tangy flavor of grapefruit, a classic combination that offers a lovely balance of sharpness and sweetness. Combined with the bright, fruity notes of Prosecco Rosé, this spritz is a celebration in every sip!

Ingredients:
- 1 oz gin
- 2 oz pink grapefruit soda (or try 1.5 oz grapefruit juice + a splash of simple syrup for a sweeter twist!)
- Prosecco Rosé to top (coppolawine’s is delightful)
- Garnish: Slice of fresh grapefruit, sprig of rosemary if you wanna be fancy

Instructions:
1. Fill a glass with ice. Add your grapefruit garnish
2. Add gin and pink grapefruit soda.
3. Top with Prosecco Rosé.
4. Stir and enjoy!

And that’s a wrap on this series, folks! Thanks for spritzing with me this summer. Catch up on all the spritz recipes with #LetsSummerSpritz, and be on the lookout for my new series launching next week. Cheers to making every moment sparkle! 🥂
