Let’s Summer Spritz — Part 7: White Wine Spritz // This classic is the perfect summer sipper and I made this with rivadelarosawines’ Sauvignon Blanc. With the wine’s tropical notes and bright acidity, it pairs beautifully with warm weather foods like salads, ceviche, and grilled skewers, thanks to its lighter body and mineral-driven finish. 

Ingredients
- 4 oz Riva De La Rosa Sauvignon Blanc
- 3 oz sparkling water
- Ice
- Lemon wheel or fresh fruit for garnish

Instructions
1. Fill a glass with ice to keep your spritz cool and crisp. 
2. Pour in the Sauvignon Blanc.
3. Add soda water.
4. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
5. Enjoy!
