Let’s Summer Spritz - Part 2: Campari Spritz. This bold, beautiful cocktail is the perfect mix of vibrant + chic✨

Campari with its rich red hue and bittersweet flavor, hails from Italy and has been a staple in aperitivo culture since the 19th century. It’s the star ingredient in many classic cocktails, but today, I’m giving it a refreshing twist with a bit of sparkle.

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Campari
- 3 oz Prosecco
- A splash of soda water
- Orange slices
- Ice

Instructions:
1. Fill a glass with ice. Keep it cool, folks. 😉
2. Pour in the iconic Campar
3. Add the Prosecco
4. Top it off with a splash of soda water
5.Stir gently, garnish with an orange slice + sip away!

Pro tips:
- I leave a little room in my glass to allow for the ice to melt down a bit. I love how the drink ‘evolves’ over time. Adjust to your sipping preferences!
-I used dried orange slices because I made a batch of them for cocktail garnish. A juicy slice would be just as nice. 🍊
