🍾 I couldn’t wait to pop my bottle of champagnehenriot that I had stored in my arsenal once the baby arrived! ✨ 🥂

Let’s start with the story of how this bottle came to be our celebratory choice. Picture this: My husband, ever the celebrator, suggested popping a bottle from a very commercial 🙃 producer to mark this special occasion. But me, flexing my wine knowledge and my desire to pick up where I left off, couldn’t resist recommending one of my favorites—the illustrious Champagne Henriot Brut Souverain.

🍾About Champagne Henriot:
Founded in 1808 by Apolline Henriot, Champagne Henriot embodies centuries of winemaking expertise and tradition. With a rich history rooted in the heart of Champagne, France, Henriot is renowned for its commitment to quality and craftsmanship.

📝The quick + dirty deets:
Blend: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes.
Taste Profile: Notes of citrus, delicate florals, and subtle brioche with each sip.
Pairing Suggestions: Oysters, smoked salmon, cheese platter (bring on the brie), buuuuut you could really just enjoy it by the glass. Or bottle.

Have you had this wine? What bottle is next on your list to uncork, celebration or not?🌟✨
