Y’all, I’m guessing a cheese + charcuterie board is in your near future, so I’m sharing my 5-point checklist to up your board game!

I’m known for always having a pretty packed board when I’m hosting, with wine pairings to boot — but it all starts with making sure I’m following these steps. 🧀✨

A few additional tips to consider:

▪️Crackers/breads can be untraditional. I love adding ginger snaps, too. Try it with some goat cheese and OOH WEE get ready for some tap dancing taste buds!
▪️Jams on your board don’t have to be sweet. Tomato jam/preserves and hot pepper jams are just as tasty.
▪️Don’t have a fancy board? No problem. Any platter or plate will do. For easy cleanup, I like to line one with a trimmed piece of parchment paper before placing the goods.
▪️Serving a large group? Consider rolling out butcher paper on your counter or table and just dishing it up right there. You can also write any pairing notes there, too with a marker.
