🍷🍇 Happy Pinot Noir Day!  Let’s raise a glass to this versatile grape varietal. Here are some quick facts to help you appreciate the beauty of Pinot Noir:

🇫🇷 Originating in Burgundy, France, Pinot Noir's rich history dates back centuries, earning its name 'black pinecone' due to its unique clusters.

🌱🌞 Pinot Noir grapes demand the perfect environment, favoring cooler climates and specific soils. That’s why many (of my favorite) Pinot’s come out of Oregon's Willamette Valley parts of California are renowned for their Pinot Noir production

Known for its light body and delicate flavors, Pinot Noir boasts notes of red fruits, florals, and even hints of earthiness.

 🍽️ It’s wonderful to just enjoy by the glass, but I really love pairing pinto with BBQ pizza, mushroom risotto and a juicy burger. It’s very versatile so don’t be afraid to try it with some of your favorite weeknight meals.

🥂Oh, and don’t you go thinking Pinot Noir's charm is limited to red wines. It sparkles in rosé wines and adds depth to Champagne blends, showcasing its adaptability. Check out my sis thebubbleista’s latest reel rounding up some amazing bubbles.
