Had a blast at La Scuola di Eataly Dallas🍝🍷 B + I had a very fun date night learning the art of making fresh pasta in a Hands-On Cooking Class! 🍅👨‍🍳 We made our own dough, rolled and cut our fettuccine pasta with the help of their amazing Scuola Chef. 😋🍽️ He even said my dough was “perfect” which I took very seriously!

And guess what? We got to devour our delicious creation! Chef cooked our pasta in front of us, shared some tips and tricks (who knew the sauce was so simple?) and even sent us home with some extra. The night finished with another glass of wine and some sweet little bites for dessert. 🍨✨

Eataly hosts awesome classes like pasta making ones regularly. So, if you’re up for an exciting culinary adventure, make sure to follow eatalydallas and check out their website for upcoming classes that’ll strike your fancy! 🔥

Have you ever done a cooking class? Made your own pasta? I wanna know what you made!😉
