Time for a Dry January check in…especially since there’s only six days left in the month! I’m so proud of myself for doing this and so proud to partner with some wine brands that respect my decision and have waited until February for me to go live with my content. ❤️

Yes, I’ve had a couple of drinks as I shared on stories a couple of days ago — let’s call it January with light precipitation 😆 but what I’m most proud of is not throwing in the towel after having a beverage and staying the course the remainder of the time.

I’ve noticed some physical changes since starting this journey. I’m a little less bloated on a daily basis, I get really good sleep (never wake up groggy) and my appetite has changed as well.

Will I keep this up after January? That was the question at the beginning. More mindful consumption, absolutely.

Remember I said I needed to find a hobby? Yeah, that didn’t happen yet but I’m still rooting for me. (help!)
