Spoiler Alert: December is throwing everyone for a loop.

That person on IG that you’re comparing yourself to? They’re worried about what next year looks like because they haven’t taken a pause to even think about it. Heck, they may even be winging it all of the time 🤯

But come this time next year, that doesn’t have to be you!

Every Q4, I get down and dirty in my biz to evaluate what worked, what didn’t/isn’t, and how I can make the next year even better than the last. 

I make goals based off of not just desire, but data — the data that goes beyond numbers. 

I don’t wait until December to see if I’ve reached those goals because I have a system in place that I can check out at any given moment and see which one of my offers/income streams needs some lifting.

It wasn’t always this way. Up until a couple of years ago, I’d have my head banged on my desk, crying, trying to figure out where I could’ve course corrected. 

I don’t want that for you.
