Be fearless every day and when you don’t feel like it, just pretend girl! That’s it. // I love this audio because it’s so true, especially as you’re growing a business and a brand. 💪🏾

I know some people don’t like the phrase “fake it til you make it,” but when applied the right way, it can grow your confidence as you’re putting yourself out there and build your resilience as you’re walking down your path!

Faking it til you make it can look like:

☑️Getting a testimonial from a client that you served for free to build your portfolio - and using it to promote a paid offer

☑️Creating content that aligns with a dream brand on your pitch list - and using it in your pitch to them to show what you can do.

☑️Investing in yourself early because you want to learn and grow, but you’re learning as you go. You’re down for the adventure of pivoting as you’re figuring it out with guidance.

☑️Feeling unsure and a little scared, but still showing up because you believe in what you’re doing and you have have the faith that it’s going to work out.

Drop the perfection.

Drop the external expectations.

And do what you gotta do!

It can be easier said than done, but try it on a consistent basis and see how your perspective changes! I know mine did.

Need a cheerleader and a group of others building their brands to collaborate with accountability and focus? I lead masterminds and group coaching programs! Send me a DM saying hi with “LEVEL UP” and I’ll share more.
