MOTIVATED // I've been taking better care of myself this year than year's past but the biggest stride came yesterday evening. I made an appointment with a personal trainer and I start sessions in August! 🤗 I’m actually REALLY looking forward to it and I also have to say, I really love how I look right now. I don't give a sh!t about the number on the scale. But, I DO care about having more energy, toning up, and keepin that 🍑 lookin right in these athleta pants! Anyone want to join in and be held accountable? I didn't plan to start a challenge until I typed this but hey, if I can do this, YOU CAN DO THIS. Trust me. Raise yo hand!
