## Caption

How spooky cool is this Skull Pasta Dish! 

So delicious and absolutely a crowd pleaser for home or for your favorite Halloween parties/events. You can even make it in a big batch. 

You need:
Black pasta (Amazon) 
1/2 cup heavy cream
Mushrooms with caps
Olive oil
3 Tablespoons of butter 
1/2 cup of Parmesan
Chopped onion (to taste) 
2-3 garlic cloves to taste 
1/2 cup of dry white wine

First wash and dry mushroom caps. Using a straw (I’m using a metal one) make holes for eyes, removing excess. Use the back of a knife to create the mouth and neck lines. 
In a pan, melt butter and add olive oil. Cool mushrooms 2 minutes each side and set aside. 

In same pan, add butter, onions, bacon, garlic, dry white wine, heavy cream and Parmesan. Stir until til thickened, MEANWHILE…in a pot cook black pasta. 
…let sauce simmer on low, drain pasta and add to dish. Add cream sauce, then skull mushrooms and sprinkle with Parmesan
