Chicken Tikka Marinade 🍗

For 1 kg chicken:

* 3/4 cup yogurt
* 1 tbsp chicken tikka box masala (any brand)
* 2 tbsp crushed & roasted cumin and coriander powder
* 1 tsp red chilli powder
* 1/2 tsp haldi
* 1 tsp black pepper powder
* Salt to taste
* 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
* 1 tsp green chilli paste
* 1 tsp soy sauce
* 1 tbsp hot sauce
* 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
* 1/2 chicken cube, crushed
* 3 tbsp oil

Method: Mix everything with the yogurt, add the chicken and coat well. Marinate for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight. Freeze in ziplock bags in freezer.

Cook in a pan or air fryer until fully cooked and the excess liquid has dried up.

Tip: Since the chicken tikka box masala and chicken cube already contain salt, add extra salt only if needed

This easy chicken tikka marinade is part of my weekly school lunch meal prep. I use the same chicken tikka to make sliders, pizza and other easy lunchbox meals for the kids.
