What’s cooking??Dahi Pineapple Party Dip 🧡 Double up the ingredients depending on how many people you’re making it for. Also a great recipe to make ahead and let it chill in the fridge, pop it out once your guests arrive and give it a sizzling tadka right then.

Ingredients
1 cup hung curd
1/2 cup pineapple (stewed or canned but not raw)
1 tbsp crushed pistachios 
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Drizzle of honey or maple syrup
Black salt, red chilli powder, oil 
Optional cumin powder

Instructions 
In a bowl combine hung curd, pineapple, nuts, cardamom powder, salt, honey / maple syrup and give it a nice whisk until it’s smooth and fluffy.

Drizzle a sizzling tadka of oil and red chilli powder.
