What’s cooking? Smashed Anda Toast. Jumping on the viral chopped egg salad trend to make a crispy toast! And I must say, it definitely felt interesting, less effort and more flavor packed! Let me know if you give this a try, worth it?

Ingredients 
Makes 3 toasts 
2 boiled eggs
1/4 onion 
1/2 avocado
Feta cheese 
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp hot sauce
Salt and pepper

Instructions 
On a chopping board, combine all the ingredients and begin to chop chop chop, until it looks all smashed, creamy and smooth.

Layer on a toasted slice, finish with some chilli flakes and ready to relish. You also layer it on a rice cake or lettuce to save some calories.
