The first, many more to come. Won’t lie, it’s been a dream to cook and create with Yug and here we are, making our family’s favourite, golden hug in a cup – haldi wala doodh 🧡

First week in day care and first round of cold 🤧 Taking care of it, one golden sip at a time 💛 I make two servings in one go and give him twice.

Serves Two
Ingredients 
2-3 cloves
Small chunk of cinnamon stick
1/2 tsp cardamom seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric
2 cups milk
.
Instructions 
✨ Combine cloves, cinnamon, and cardamom seeds, crush them in a mortar and pestle until it’s more powder like. Or a little coarse is fine too. 

✨ Add milk to a pan, stir in the crushed spice mix and turmeric. When am making it for ourselves, crushed ginger is a must 

✨ Bring to a gentle simmer… and it’s ready to sip!
