The way a Yoga practice makes me feel is purely magical, not just for my body but also for my mind.

I started my Yoga journey back in 2020 right when pandemic hit us. The gyms were shut and I was figuring out ways to get in enough movement at home. I am so glad I got that calling of practising Yoga, I wish I started it sooner, but better late than never. The deep breathes, the full body stretches, the awareness of my body, the mindfulness and thankfulness for this beautiful life, the patience, the importance of peace within….
