What’s cooking? The Crispy Potato and Paneer Salad 🌿 This easy dinner bowl has flavor, crunch and feels of aloo chaat

Ingredients 
Serves 2
1 large potato
1 cup diced paneer
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp Kashmiri mirch powder
1/2 tsp each salt, coriander powder, amchur and red chilli powder 
Salad greens of choice 
Sliced apples, shredded carrots, diced cucumber and tomatoes
Lemon/Lime juice, pepper and chaat masala or salt

In a pan, heat oil, on medium heat, add in cumin seeds. Let splutter but not burnt, add in kashmiri mirch powder and let sizzle for 5-6 seconds. Now goes in peeled and diced potatoes and cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes until tender.

Add paneer (if you’re using refrigerated paneer, let it sit in hot water for a little while to make sure it’s tender) along with all the spices. Sauté for everything to combine and get crispy.

Now layer bed of greens, apple, cucumber, tomatoes, carrots, lemon juice, pepper or chaat masala and finish with the crispy goodness.
