Another day, another easy healthy-ish sweet treat 🎉
.
What’s cooking? Chocolate Almond Truffles 🧡 The little chocolate bombs that melt in mouth, taste incredible, made with a handful of ingredients and perfect for a little sweet treat that you wouldn’t mind indulging in. Save, make and share with your loved ones this festive season 💖
.
Ingredients - makes 12-13
1/2 cup pitted dates (12-13)
1/3 cup luke warm milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup almond flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
.
In a blender, combine dates + warm milk + vanilla and give it nice blend until it looks like a paste.
.
Add almond flour + cocoa powder and blend again on high until it forms into a smooth dough like texture. Allow everything to come together.
.
Take 1 tsp batter and gently roll into balls. You can coat these in coca powder or coconut or chocolate chips or any sprinkles of choice for a little vibe 🤌🏼

Relish a few right when you make them and then Keep Refrigerated, lasts well upto a week in the fridge.
