Another salad recipe for you to try. This Mediterranean inspired salad makes one flavorful bowl, you can add boiled chickpeas or grilled chicken / tofu / paneer to make it even more wholesome ☺️

What’s cooking? Za’atar Pasta Salad 🥙 The Special ingredient in this salad is Za’atar, it is a Mediterranean herb and a mix of dried herbs, sumac and sesame seeds. It’s so good as a seasoning in soups, to make dips, to marinate veggies and meat, sprinkle on toasts or in paranthas even and as well in salad dressings 🥰

Serves 2-3
Ingredients 
1/2 cup each chopped onion, tomatoes and green bell pepper 
1/2 cup diced cucumber 
1/2 cup sliced peppers 
1 cup raw pasta of choice, cook until al dente. I like fusilli or elbow for this salad 
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
1/4 cup feta cheese

Dressing
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp ACV or Lemon juice 
1.5 tbsp honey 
1.5 tsp Zatar seasoning 
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper 
.
Instructions 
In a bowl combine all the chopped veggies, boiled pasta, peppers, cilantro and feta cheese.

Combine the ingredients of the dressing in a mason jar and shake well until it comes together.

Pour the dressing on the salad, gently stir to combine and ready to relish!
