Ingredients 
Serves 3-4 
2 cups yogurt 
Water as desired to adjust consistency 
1/2 cup each shredded carrots & cucumber 
1/4 cup chopped mint (the star ingredient that adds so much extra magic)
1/4 cup chopped green onions/scallions (for an extra crunch)
1/2 tsp each salt, red chilli, chat masala or to taste
1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder (a must have ingredient for a game changer to Raita)

Adjust water ratio to yogurt, as per desired consistency and whisk until smooth, stir in spices followed by veggies. Serve chilled, pair with Vegetable Pulao, Biryani or Curries.
