Very versatile to make with so many possible variations but  this one is a summer favourite made with the king of all fruits - Mango 🤩

For one bowl of Raita 
Ingredients 
1 cup yogurt (slightly thick preferred)
1 small mango 
1 tsp honey 
1/4 tsp roasting 
1/4 tsp rock salt, or to taste 
Pomegranate pearls for garnish
.
In a blender combine diced mango + honey, blend to make a thick purée. In a bowl whisk yogurt until smooth, spoon by spoon as the purée (adjust the quantity as needed) whisk until well combined , stir in roasted cumin powder + salt. Transfer to a serving bowl, finish with pomegranate and pinch of roasted cumin powder.
