Another one today, like I said it’s hot and that makes all of us the most thirsty so here’s presenting a very refreshing and flavorful Lassi recipe for the day! Pudina aka Mint Lassi, you can totally use fresh mint but I personally love dried mint in this one! For the non leafy yet aromatic flavor it adds 💚

But, also love it a little extra since it is dried at home from scratch by Mommy dearest 🥰 This recipe serves 2, but you know the drill and double up if making for more people! Add water to dilute it only ice doesn’t help. Rest - it’s easy peasy, ingredients and instructions ⬇️

Ingredients
8-9 ice cubes (or use chilled water)
1 cup thick yogurt
1 heaping teaspoon of dried mint
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
1/2 tsp rock salt
Pinch of heeng

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth! Ice does the work to thin out while making Lassi frothy but you can totally add water to adjust the desired consistency. Juggling between glasses is worth the fun and feels, relish it chilled and finish with a touch of dried mint and roasted cumin powder 🧡
