One thing I want to tell my younger self - food is to LOVE and not FEAR! My relationship with food is a very special one 🧡 The most rewarding part being that this bond has evolved over time. While there are some foods that I absolutely love and some that I love a little less! But love remains constant and fear doesn’t, at one point I did distant myself with food but consider that to be the most silliest thing I’ve done.
.
It took time but so glad that I’ve been able to build a healthy relationship with food, relishing every bite of everything I eat. In the end it sure is all about a good balance, sometimes a bite less sometimes a bite more - celebrating life through food one day at a time 🙃
