Leftover Makeover
🔥Heat up leftover chana masala or you can even toss boiled chana in a pan in a dash of oil, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, coriander powder, amchur powder, pinch of garam masala. Combine until masalas are well coated, finish with black salt & lime juice.
🔥Spread chana in a plate, begin by layering chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber, green chilli (optional)
🔥 Top up with lime juice, pinch of chaat masala, beaten yogurt, tamarind chutney, coriander chutney, sev. Finish with cilantro & sliced beets to take it a level up.
