Totally inspired by the trending Green Goddess Salad to make these Green Goodness Paranthas 💚 I mean it’s a great way to sneak in some greens and no one would even get to know 🤓 But also for a small family of 2 like us, it helps in finishing big quantities of leafy veggies before they begin to go bad 😬

This season has a ton of green veggies out there, you can totally play around with your choice of goodness. Spinach, Bathua, Methi are a few other options to add 🙂

Ingredients 
2 handfuls of Kale
2 handfuls of Cabbage (soaked in hot water for a few mins with a pinch of salt, then drained)
2 green chillies
1 small boiled potato
2 tbsp yogurt
1/3 cup water 
2 cups atta
1/2 tsp each salt, pepper, ajwain, amchur powder, chilli flakes
Splashes of water as needed while kneading dough

Recipe
💚In a blender combine water, yogurt, greens, chillies, potatoes and pulse until it’s puréed.

💚In a bowl take atta, spices, purée and begin to knead into dough. Add splashes of water as needed and knead until dough is pillow soft. To check it dough is soft enough, your hands should not feel any pressure while pressing the dough.

💚Roll into rotis/Parantha, cook on a skillet until golden from both sides. Finish with ghee, relish with yogurt, pickle, butter.
