BUILD YOUR OWN BURGER at home with these air fried Aloo Tikkis - weekend calls for something special but also something easy 🤓 These tikkis are ready in a few simple steps, from 35 mins cooking time to 30 second reel phewww I got you a step by step here but full ingredients & recipe is ⬇️

What’s cooking? Air fried Aloo Tikkis 🥰 I now want to do a build your own burger or pizza at home soon, it’ll actually be quite fun to do with friends or family 🥳 All that’s needed is prep some veggies, a spread of sauces, chutney and seasonings, cheeseeeee and tikkis for all the more magic 🎊  Happy Friyay Fellas 🤗

Ingredients 
2 cups mashed boiled potatoes
1/3 cup finely chopped onions 
5-6 green chillies chopped or as to taste
1 tbsp minced ginger 
1 tsp salt, coriander powder, chaat masala 
1/2 tsp red chilli powder, black pepper, cumin power 
1/4 tsp turmeric 
1 tsp corn flour
Chopped cilantro

🍔 Add all the ingredients to a bowl and combine until smooth, apply few drops of oil on palms and scoop batter from the bowl - begin to roll to shape into patties - not too thin not too thick 
🍔Spray oil in the basket of a Pre heated air fryer - place patties at equal distance - top up with little more oil - air fry for 15 mins @ 400F
🍔 Use buns of choice, layer a bed of greens, sliced tomatoes, onions rings, pinch of chaat masala or salt - shredded mozzarella or a slice of cheese (optional) place tikki, press the burger to close.
