If I have to pick one type of Chaat for all my life, at this very moment it feels like it’s going to be Dahi Puri 😋 Loaded with sev, dahi and meethi chutney 😍 Okay I might switch later with my answer no guarantee of sticking to just one type of chaat - technically impossible 🤪But what’s your go to favourite kind of chaat ? I sense majority is going to be Golgappe/Pani Puri/Puchka is itttt ? I know the love is for real 💚

✨Combine boiled potatoes + Kala chana in a pinch of salt, amchur, red chilli powder
✨Beat yogurt until smooth, add a pinch of sugar + salt to balance out the tart
✨Lighten the texture of your tamarind chutney & green chutney by mixing in a little water to have a smooth consistency
✨Spread Puri in a plate, stuff with mashed potatoes mixture - add chopped onions & tomatoes - pour in dahi - sprinkle chaat masala - top up with chutney & sev
