Egg Avocado Sandwich 🥳 It’s creamy & feels cheesy, you can subs egg with paneer too, has the right flavour kick and also so satisfying for taste buds 🙃 Perfect for days when you’re lazy to make a meal but also want something quick to make thats is interesting 🤓 Ingredients & Recipe ⬇️
.
Ingredients
2 avocados
3 boiled eggs

In a bowl mash avocado (I like to keep it smooth + chunky for sandwiches) add boiled eggs and mash with a fork - add bell pepper, jalapeño, onions - seasonings & sauces - combine everything until it all comes together - layer on slices of bread - toast on a preheated pan with oil or butter - cut into half & ready to indulge 🥳
