Oh forgot to soak Rajma overnight? Need to quick no fail one pot Rajma recipe? No compromise on flavors, texture & feels, perfect for those busy working days or for lazy weekends when Rajma Chawal cravings are all time high but energy to spend time in the kitchen is all time low 😜 I got you, recipe ⬇️

Ingredients 
2 1/2 cups Rajma (soak in enough water for 2-3 hours in hot boiling water covered with a lid) 
2 cups puréed onion tomato 
(1/2 large onion, 2 medium tomatoes, 3-4 green chillies, 1 inch ginger chunk + a little water)
2 whole cloves garlic 
1 tsp each turmeric, coriander powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder 
1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 1/2 tsp salt or to taste 
2 cups water 
2 tbsp oil 
1/2 tsp garam masala & cilantro to finish

Recipe
▶️ Drain and rinse soaked Rajma 
▶️ Add all the above ingredients in the order mentioned in INSTANT POT, stir well and pressure cook for 35 mins with natural release pressure. Or PRESSURE COOKER for 4-5 whistles. 
▶️ Once pressure is released, open the lid - stir well and add 1 cup water (or as per desired consistency) and keep it on sauté normal mode for 20 mins to allow Rajma to slow cook for a richer texture stirring in between. Follow the same time for stove top too. 
▶️ Finish with garam masala and cilantro.
