Looking for a quick yummy bite for a Father’s Day Treat? These Almond Rose ladoos are a flavour burst, mildly sweet and packed with a comforting feel of cardamom & rose 🥰 Oh by the way you can also find the step by step recipe saved in my highlights under Sweets and also find a few other recipes for healthy-ish ladoos right there 😍 Full recipe and ingredients ⤵️
.
.
Makes 11-12
Ingredients
1 tbsp ghee
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup fine sooji
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
1 tbsp rose petals crushed
1 tbsp crushed nuts
1 tbsp rose syrup
2 tbsp maple syrup or jaggery syrup
.
.
In a pan add ghee, once warm add almond flour + sooji, toss it on medium heat until golden about 7-8 mins, keep stirring continuously to avoid it from getting burnt. Turn off heat, add cardamom powder + crushed rose petals and gently stir. Remove from stove, let it cool for 5 mins. Add crushed nuts, rose syrup, maple syrup and combine to form a soft dough - while it’s still warm roll into small ladoos, insert a raisin or roll into desiccated coconut right away.
