I love air frying everything potatoes, it gives me a different level of satisfaction to eat those gorgeous crisply golden potatoes fried in a few drops of oil 🙃 Flavours 💯 and couldn’t ask more for texture ✅

Aloo Mango Salad / Chaat 😈This time you get the right to totally name this plate cos I am busy drooling at those potatoes and mangoes 🤩 A little coating of yogurt + spices on Aloo takes it to another level and I like to keep the skin on for an extra crispy feel 😋 Fasting or not, weekend or weekday, lunch or dinner, make it whenever you get a chance and enjoy a bowl of this super easy to make treat, plus it’s mango season so I am definitely going to make the most of it 🥰

Ingredients serves 2 
One russet potato, nicely washed 
1 apple, 1/2 mango
1 tomato, 1/2 cucumber 
Salt, pepper, red chili powder 
Juice of lime, lots of cilantro 
Nuts & Raisins

Dice washed potato into cubes (skin on if you prefer) In a bowl combine potatoes, 1/2 tsp each salt, pepper, chili powder, drizzle of oil, 1 tbsp yogurt mix well - in a pre heated air fryer, spread potatoes evenly - spray a few drops of oil and air fry at 400F for 10-12 mins.

In a bowl combine finely diced cucumber, tomatoes, apple, mango - add lime juice, spices & mix well - add cilantro - add air fried potatoes, gently stir - finish with peanuts and raisins. Indulge 💚
