Happy Wear It Purple Day! 💜Every year on August 27th, the rainbow community and our allies come together to show support for LGBTIQA+ youth. We let our young people know: you are loved, you are accepted, we support you and you are allowed to be proud in who you are!

We recently asked queer and gender diverse young people what they loved about being a part of the LGBTIQA+ community 🏳️‍🌈Here are some of their heartwarming answers. You can hear more youth voices on JOY 94.9 all day today. Tune in via joy.org.au, on FM or DAB, via the JOY app or on iHeart radio.
