Peanut butter is considered nutritious and a source of healthy fat, but make sure the one you’re consuming does not have added sugars hidden in there 🤭 PB tastes yummmm and often gets irresistible for some, I know how it feels to relish a spoonful of it 🙃 Well the added sugars in commercial nut butters makes it taste heavenly no doubt but how healthy would you call it? 😬

What’s cooking? Peanut Butter Makhana 😋Add a little jazz to your Makhana for #snackinggoals 2 main ingredients, a few minutes to prep and a jar full of yumminess 🤩A super easy homemade treat, works well for a quick snack and most importantly clean ingredients 🥰

Ingredients 
3 cups makhana (fox nuts)
2 tbsp crunchy or regular peanut butter 
(Optional) Pinch of salt, sprinkle of jaggery powder

Dry roast makhana on medium heat until they turn crunchy - about 7-8 minutes. Transfer to a plate. Turn off heat, In the same pan add peanut butter and stir for a few seconds until it melts - add pinch of salt and roasted Makhana, turn on heat and mix until well coated about a minute. Finish with a sprinkle of jaggery powder. Let it cool down, store in an air tight container, lasts well upto 2 weeks.
