Made this super easy and super yummy sweet treat last year around the same time and as thanksgiving approaches I was reminded of the same again 🤩 Nutty and sweet both go hand in hand, what’s cooking? 🤤
.
.
Dates stuffed with almonds, walnuts and peanut butter, rolled in dark chocolate and finished with a sprinkle of coconut and nuts 😍A little variety is always good and you also get a chance to test which one tastes the best 😋 As simple as it sounds, as simple it is to make 😀 hardly takes a couple of minutes to put together a treat to please your family and friends this holiday season 🎉🥳🎄❤️
.
.
Use pitted dates for convenience, gently open from one edge and insert almonds, cashews, walnuts (nuts of choice) and peanut butter with the help of a butter knife. In a bowl, add dark chocolate chips or bar, add a drizzle of oil and microwave for 2 mins. Stirring the chocolate every 30 seconds to ensure it doesn’t get burnt. Make sure there are no lumps and chocolate is nicely melted. Roll your stuffed dates in chocolate and place on a plate covered with parchment paper, garnish with crushed nuts/desiccated coconuts. Put in the freezer for 10 mins and ready 😀
