What’s cooking? Chana Dal Fry- I can blindly say this dal is the way to his heart, our most favourite of all lentils. This frame portraits a delicious meal to boost our Monday mood, wanted to go a step ahead from my usual recipe so added a few extra ingredients and termed it dal fry 🤭 Whenever someone asks me my comfort meal I am out loud to say dal chawal (lentils n rice) or khichdi, I am sure I have a lot of you accompanying me on this 🤗

Dal is loaded with goodness, flavour and nutrition. This beauty is an instant one to prep with no compromise on taste. You can prep the tadka and then mix it to cooked lentils but I don’t make mine separately unless it’s Dal Makhani 😜 In my opinion that ways it requires less oil + less hassle (read saving another pot from washing) Swipe for recipe and check out my story to virtually taste the flavour of this deliciousness 💕
