My best friend sent me a picture of tomato chutney that she made the other day and it looked soooo tempting that I immediately asked for the recipe😋 Cilantro or Mint have always been the hero ingredients of my chutney’s but tomato wins the heart in this one 🥰 I am sure there are endless variations that can be done, I loved this recipe bc I found it super easy and quick - basically putting everything together and blend✨

The texture and flavour are on point, left it a little chunky to try it with tortilla chips and see if it’s close to salsa. It’s almost there but just need to play around a little with the ingredients to turn it into a quick salsa, may be that could be the next trial 🤓 How do you like your chutney- Chunky or drippy ? .
