What’s cooking? When mind thinks both ways of wanting to eat something yummy without too much fuss in the kitchen - the result is Stir fry veggies with roasted egg. A top up of green chutney would have been a plus but managed with a ready on hand avocado dressing and some peanuts for an extra crunch #tastebuds A quick lunch/dinner idea, flavour packed and easy to prep. Use your favourite combination of veggies to make a colourful stir fry and roast hard boiled eggs for a minute to give a smoky flavour🤤
