What’s cooking? Apple carrot walnut salad - well I spoke with my mind for a while and contemplated about uploading this picture or not but then I concluded that as far as it tastes good, it needs to be out on the page! No more discussions right 😎 Basically mixed a few basic ready on hand ingredients together to make this yummy bowl - the sweetness of apples, the crispy carrots, the crunch of walnuts and the nutty dressing, it all came together pretty good 🤤 So just in case you’re thinking about a quick salad, give this one a try. Well even if not this one just open the refrigerator, stand there for a couple of mins and look what’s in stock! Mix up different colours, add available toppings and just indulge. My rule is - salads don’t have to be difficult, they just have to be colourful 🌈
