I went back to my west Texas roots on this one 🌵 desertdoor

Took a tour at Desert Door in Driftwood, tx where they turn wild desert spoon plants into a smooth, earthy spirit called sotol. 🌵🥃 From harvesting in West Texas to steaming, fermenting, and distilling, it’s a true ranch-to-glass process. Tequila’s got a cool cousin, and it’s Texan through and through. 🤠
