A meal in Austin that truly altered my brain chemistry 🧠🤯 BUT HEY, I'm here for a good time not a long time! 🤠 haywirerestaurants

They’re a farm-to-table restaurant that partners with local farmers and ranchers to bring the freshest ingredients to your plate. They’re brand new to the domain, so of course we had to check them out!

Not only is this place stunning...it’s massive! They’ve got an upper level with different rooms, each filled with beautiful artwork.

On our table —
- chef's fav 4
- 32 oz penthouse with chimichurri
- bbq baby back ribs
- sides: Mac & cheese, Brussels sprouts, cornbread (all of these were amazing and the cornbread reminded me of home 🏜️)

Also, we mentioned my birthday was next week and the waiter brought our dessert for us to try. 🥹 The staff was friendly & kind.

📍 11501 Rock Rose Ave, Austin Texas
