DAY 1: of doing something good for my mental health. 

At the beginning of this summer, I planned a fun couple of months but didn't realize that my life would turned upside down. Focusing on healing both physically and mentally has been super important to me. 

I loved my first class at atxpilates and I can't wait to go back for some more self care. 🧘🏼‍♀️✨
