## Caption

Dish soap is great at scrubbing off grease, oil, and other fatty stuff. That’s because the soap molecules can grab bits of fat and hold on tight. Most milk has fat too. (That’s what makes it taste good!) When soap touches milk, the soap molecules start grabbing the fat molecules and pulling them apart. The food coloring lets you see the molecules move!
