How I like to handle cases that I plan to send to my endodontist twincityendo

As a restorative dentist, I like to tidy the case up before sending off to my endodontist so that they can spend more time inside the canals from the start instead of having to deconstruct a tooth. This can mean redoing a filling or removing an old crown and temporizing. This also saves the patient time especially if a tooth turns out to be unrestorable because of severely damaged tooth structure.

How do you like to handle your endodontic referrals?
