It’s developing the ability to make decisions when the outcome isn’t guaranteed.

It’s learning to recognize which circumstances you can influence and which ones you can’t.

And perhaps most importantly?

Every challenge you navigate can teach you something about your approach, your abilities, and the world around you.

You don’t have to be ready for every challenge your future might hold. You need to keep becoming someone who can respond, adapt, learn, and move forward.

That’s self-leadership.
