On the table before and after of a CURRENT Lift (deep plane facelift and neck lift) with facial fat grafting.

Our goal was to address the heaviness along her lower face and neck, restore volume where it had been lost, and create a smoother, more defined jawline while maintaining her natural facial features.

These photos were taken immediately before and after surgery, showing the changes achieved before the healing process even begins.

All performed under local anesthesia with oral sedation.
