Every deep plane facelift begins with a customized surgical plan.

For this patient, previous jaw surgery created contour irregularities that I plan to address with fat grafting alongside her deep plane face and neck lift.

During surgical markings, I carefully map out incision placement, facial anatomy, and areas requiring additional volume or repositioning. Incisions are strategically placed within natural creases and the hairline to keep them as discreet as possible.

Every face is different, and these small adjustments are important in achieving a natural, balanced result.
