For my deep plane facelift and neck lift:
• Incisions are hidden within the temporal hair tuft and the natural creases around the ear for excellent scar camouflage.
• The deep plane entry is carefully planned to allow complete release of the facial retaining ligaments.
• Releasing these ligaments allows the midface to be fully repositioned instead of simply pulling the skin tighter.
• Through a small incision beneath the chin, the platysma bands are released and repaired as part of the neck lift.

The markings may look simple, but they're the roadmap for restoring natural facial contours while keeping incisions as discreet as possible.
